NAME

radar, radarloop – display a real–time weather image

SYNOPSIS

radar [ –t9 ] [ station ]
radarloop [ –i updatems ] [ –c cmd ... ]

DESCRIPTION

Radar uses US Government weather radar data and map overlays to generate (with the –t or –9 flags) or display a local radar image. If station is given, and it matches an existing station, then that station is displayed. Otherwise station is consdered a place name and converted to a position with gmap(1). If there are in–range radar stations, the nearest one is selected.
Radarloop continuously displays the current radar image.
